Annual Meetings
The Parish Council holds two 'Annual Meetings'. The first is the Annual Parish Meeting, a meeting of the electors of the parish offering an opportunity to come together and find out what's been happening during the past year. Community groups are invited to submit reports on their activities. The second is the Annual Parish Council Meeting - the AGM of the Parish Council - held on the second Tuesday in May. This is a formal meeting to deal with procedural matters such as appointing officers and committee members for the forthcoming year and approving the previous year's accounts. The meetings are usually - but not always - held on the same evening.
